I have purchased couches at popular furniture in Randburg. The first time I purchased the couches there was not enough foam in the couch and it was flat. The second time we changed it and then the arm rest broke, the third time we changed it there was not enough foam and we did tell them that's the problem with the couches and the couches underneath was torn.
We had to pay for the delivery and pick up fees. The owner Amrid said he cannot give us a full refund as we must either take half of the purchase price of the couch or purchase another couch from the store.
We had no choice and had to purchase another set of couches (which we did not have a choice) and had to pay R3000.00 extra for another couch which he promised it was superior and said you will never have a problem with these couches and if you do have a problem then you are welcome to bring it back.
The couches again which he promised was (superior) is flat as there is no foam. So I called him yesterday 29/08/2012 and left a message for him to call me back to which he didn't so I called back today 30/08/2012. And he said that we must bring the cushions back and he will repair it. I told him I want a fu
