Hi bought a chest freezer on the 1.12.12, on Saturday evening saw its not freezing < phoned on Sunday morning the lady said she will log a call on Monday, because Im so use to bad service I ddnt believe her and phoned back to OK Furnisher the branch manager personaly answerd the phone (sorry I forgot his name), I gave my name he imediatly picked it up on the system confirmed my details and WOW, yesterday 12.03.13, a new thermostate was installed and its still working this morning, well done I realy appreciate your fast action
