I Have been to Mr Price home in Sandton about two times to do my wedding registry. They wasted my time because the system was not working properly or the operator did not understand the system.
I went back to do the registry again, for there was no items in the registry and my guests phoned me to inform me that there are no items in my registry.
Yesterday I went to Cresta to confirm my registry, and the registry number did not pick up. I wanted to add to my registry and none of the scanners worked. I had to put everything in a trolley, it was so inconvenient.
The staff was not open to help me as well. Taking their time and making me feel as if I am bothering them.
