I went to Boardmans Centurion on Saturday to do my gift registry for my wedding.
When I got there I was told I would have to do it manually as the scanner had been broken for sometime.
I was given a pen and a clip board and had to walk around the store writing down each SKU number, then the staff had to manually type them in, and I had to check them to see that the correct numbers were entered into the system. Inconvenient to say the least.
I can't blame the staff at the branch as they were helpful and accommodating, and were as inconvenienced as I was by having to do it manually. They said people had come to fix the scanner previously, but it still didn't work.
I am disappointed in Boardmans because the staff at each branch need to be properly equipped in order to properly serve the customers.
