Poor delivery

Dial a bed says on their internet website that they strive to deliver a bed to you within 3-5 working days but some products may take up to 21 days. We ordered our bed 2Jan and it was promised by Lunga that the bed would be delivered the 23rd Jan. (Right from the start now that we've paid, this delivery date goes to the 21 day mark!) Not long after dial-a-bed phones and says they'll only be able to deliver the 25th now. Although we were already annoyed, we agreed on the new date. Today (24th) my wife phoned in to confirm the delivery for tomorrow (25th). So they tell her no it will now be delivered only on the 28th, they didn't even phone us. If we had not phoned today we would have been spending our Saturday waiting for these guys. Further more they've told us that the bed is already at in Johannesburg, but they are going to deliver it only on the 28th because we live 40km outside Johannesburg, which they new when they promised the 23rd and the 25th as delivery dates!
So much for 21 days! and so much for delivering anywhere not being a problem. Also when asked to speak to a manager we were juggled between employees Sollie and Lunga!
