This Supplier should get a "Worst Supplier Awards" less than 2% of their customers on this forum had something good to say...?
I purchased a bed on the 16th Feb, the bed was delivered on the 21st Feb, on inspection i discovered a large water mark on the pillow top mattress. The store was notified the next morning. On the 9th of March I was still listening to excuses about why the mattress had not been exchanged yet.
I purchased a brand new car in Jan 2013 which took a total of 4 days and I had my new car with everything I asked for. And Dial a Bed could not get a bed delivered properly.
I now must wait 14 days to get my money refunded for something that was not my fault?
