Terrible Service and Attitude

I purchased two iPads from this store. Got great service as my credit was approved.

Went back to them a month after it because I struggled with the software upgrade. The lady at the upgrade desk said that the tech guy was out but I have to leave the iPads there because they will phone me.

A hour later, without hearing from them I went back and they were busy doing the update without my approval. They wanted to charge me for it and it would take 5 hours for the updates to finish.

I wanted to see the manager but he was too busy to talk to a unhappy client!

Bad Service, will never put my foot back in this store! Don't even want to work on the iPads anymore!
