Unable to pay DSTV account

I went to the kiosk at pick 'n pay to pay for my DSTV account and the shop assistance said they don't use
customer code given to us by dstv to make it easier for us to pay at retail shops or anything on a cell phone never mind that I get my statement on e mail. I told him that how I pay at the other P n' P at arbour crossing and montclair. He said well they don't do it and serves another customer and I asked to speak to manager. And he calls someone who is not the manager I asked for. So I explained my story never mind I am aware that they making me a fool. And she tells me the same thing. Then I left. I called the retail shop after an hour I asked for the manager and gladly I got hold of her told her my story then she explained to me. To find out that what I wanted can be done but with terms and conditions. They were so quick to give me attitude if only I spoke to the manager my query would have been sorted. And it was an inconvenience for me. To drive to another pick 'n pay to get something done while the nearest pick 'n pay. Could have gave me wat I wanted and less attitude.
