I bought PNP No Name Juice on 05.02.13 at PNP Obsevatory, when i got home i noticed that it had bubble like acid making foam. I did not have chance to take it back. So on the 07.02.13 I went to the nearest PNP in Promonade. I spoke to the sales lady at "Alizeen" i explained my story, I gave her the slip with bar code, same bar code on the bottle and i told her i need to get another juice NOT the No Name Brand as I am not impressed. She asked me where did i buy it. Me=Obs and it is stated on the slip, she asked"is that a family store"me =i dont know all i know its PNP& it sells same food like theirs, she told me she cannot exchange my goods bcaz they are not family store, I could not take that &I told her to call the manager, she then gave me the slip to fill in my details wich is the sign that she will exchange, she went to the shelves, she came back to show the juice to her coleagues, they were all shocked to see these bubbles. She then phoned the manager, then said to me NO MAM we cannot exchange your goods. I asked her why, she said like i said before "the family store story" and she said she will be calling her manager to explainsame thing to me. I am robbed, I need justice 2 be done
