I went to the Faerie Glen Hypermarket on 26 June 2013 to purchase a DSTV PVR decoder. On arriving at the audio visual department, I found five staff members watching sport on a tv and three people chatting to each other behind a kiosk. They did not seem to have any idea that there was even a customer in their department. I eventually went to the kiosk and asked if someone could help me. A staff member with a bad attitude asked me what I wanted, and I informed him that I would like some information on the PVR decoder so that I could purchase one. He did answer my questions, but with a very bad attitude, as if I was disturbing his idle chatter with his work colleagues. I thanked him for his assistance and subsequently purchased a PVR decoder from Game at Woodlands Boulevard. I guess Pick 'n Pay has absolutely no consideration for customers. Just like Pick 'n Pay does not appear to need customers, I do not need Pick 'n Pay.
