My wife dropped her phone and it cracked, she booked it in for a Quote (which was specified on the book in sheet). They then called me to say how much it would be to which I replied please do not go ahead with the repair as it was too much. The next day my wife went to pick it up only to find out that they went ahead with the repair anyway. She called me for advice on what to do now. The manager "Jacques" said he made a "mistake" (long story) and he will give a discount on the repair. At a closer inspection my wife saw that the work was done badly (another long story) so they sent it back for repairs.
When we came to pick the phone up again we saw that the work was now done even worse, we then asked to speak to the Manager "Jacques" but he decided to run out the store before we got there. We had to pay R400 to release the phone as they would not repair it again & the manager just wants the phone out of the shop
2nd Email
As you can see I sent the below E-mail did not get any reply and when I called in the manager told me that I need the receipt of the repair, which I have searched for but am unable to locate. I went to the store & the receipt is "missing" there too
