Pathetic service, no consistancy

They refused to let me pay my dstv account, I had my dstv account but thwy still would not let me pay, I have paid with my customer number there once before, today they want a previous slip, I don't have it anymore, how do they expect us to keel old receipts? No no no, then I asked to speak to a supervisor or a manager, I greeted an african lady who was light in complexion, didn't get her name, she greeted me then colmpetely ignored me when I approached her, it was clear that I needd to ask her something, she then turned her back and responded to say she is the supervisor, I asked her why I can't pay because I've done it before and I have a dstv customer number which was requested from me the last time I payed there, she said I cannot pay without an Identity document? I was extremely appalled by that, because I'm making a payment and not collecting money where my identification is needed!!! Other pick n pays do not request an I'd when you pay your dstv, why are you guys not consistent in the type of service you give? This was an incovenience for and I'm trully dissappointed in pick n pay, I'm nver going back to that store
