I COMPLAINED ABOUT BAD ATTITUDE, GOT A CLINICAL RESPONSE, AGREED WITH BRANCH MANAGER TO COME IN TO SEE TAHT SERVICE LEVEL HAS IMPROVED, WHENT IN WALKED AROUND NO ONE GREETED OR ASKED IF THEY COULD ASIST, STOPED TO LOOK AT OUTDOOR SPEAKER, APROCHED BY A SALESMAN, ASKED HIM IF THE MANAGER WAS IN, MANAGER NOT IN.LEFT MY NAME AND NUMBER BY THE SALES MAN, AND ASKED THAT THE MANAGER CALL ME, IT IS NOW 1 WEEK LATER AND STILL NO CALL.IT IS NO SENSE SPEEKING TO TOP MANAGEMENT AS ALL YOU GET IS YOU ARE FREE TO SHOP ELSE WARE. IT IS TIME THAT DION WIRED TAKES CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS SERIOUSLY AND CORRECT THIS FAST AS I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS BAD SERVICE, SURE PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES, BUT CORRECT IT IN A POLITE AND INVITING MANNER, NOT IN A CLINICAL MATTER.
WHEN, HOW AND WHO IS GIONG TO PUT A STOP TO US CONSUMERS BEING DUPED BY THESE BIG BUSINESS.
