I purchased a LG 47"3D Smart FHD Tv from Dion Wired on 19 July 2013, while the TV is great and I am enjoying it, the tactics used by the salesperson leave me slightly annoyed..
There was no price displayed on this particular TV in the shop so I approached Hydenrich and asked him if he could assist me, he said the TV was going for R 12, 500 but that it had been marked down to R 11, 000.. he then said he would go and speak to his manager to ask for a special price as it was apparently the second last unit in stock, he came back a minute later saying that his manager said he would sell it to me for R 10, 000 but that I had to take it straight away. I said that I would need some time to think about it and would come back later that afternoon, he said if I did that I would have to pay the full R 11, 000 as the R 10, 000 was a once off offer. So I decided to to be spontaneous and buy the unit. Later that weekend I saw a Dion Wired pamphlet with the TV advertised at R 10, 000. I then realised I had been to by your crafty salesman. I am writing this compliant because I feel strongly that -second hand car salesman - tactics like this should not be used in an upmarket shop like yours.
