Double Payment and problem with refunding!!!

Went to buy hair products for R415 when the transaction was made via VISA card the card was removed and the slip said "declined". She redid the transaction of R415. When I got back to the office I received two smses which showed that there was a double transaction made. I called Patricia obviously upset, and when I told her that I was the person who's card was declined after first transaction, she replied that it happens all the time and did not know who I was. After explaining my situation to her, she got very worked up and was not helpful at all. She had such a bad attitude. She said that this happens all the time and I will just have to wait for the money to be refunded after 7 working days. I was very upset and said that this was unacceptable and she slammed the phone in my ear and when I called back she refused to talk to me. All I want is my money back as speedily as possible.
