I was unhappy with the quality of 2 pairs of shoes I had recently bought online from Zando. I emailed the support centre with details of the (now broken) shoes, to which I recieved a response within a matter of hours! That was the first happy surprise. The response email went on to apologize for the inconvenience, included a voucher to replace the value as well as an extra R50, and a call to return the shoes so that they could take it up with the suppliers.
All in all it was an unpleasant experience that was completely turned, around and my faith is completely restored in this company. Thanks Zando for being so efficient, understanding and responsible.
