I stopped at the drive through to buy lunch and when i got to the cashier i realized that my bank card was not in my wallet. As I looked for it the cashier told me to leave as she was being timed and I was going to delay her delivery time. I then told her that it should not be a problem if the delay is because of me as I am the customer and the delivery time is meant to measure her service to me. She then went on to say you knew you had to pay so you should have had your card ready. I then lost my temper and asked to see her name tag as I was going to make a complaint about her attitude. she covered it and told me she does not have one so I asked to speak to the manager on duty. The cashier then left the window and disappeared into the back. Some other employee then went to call the manager. The lady who claimed to be the shift manager came but only listened to what i had to say and offered no apology nor did she reprimand the cashier. In my opinion the cashier was out of line to tell me to move as she was concerned with her rating, more so since there were no other vehicles behind mine and she certainly did not have any right whatsoever to tell me to be prepared to pay
