No delivery, lying and bad attitude!!

I ordered a side table & paid in full in Nov & was told it would be delivered in Dec. I called in Dec to find out when my table would arrive, no table & another date was given. This was repeated about 5 times, he manager did not call me back on more than one occasion when missing my call. Finally my call was returned only to tell me that the table would only arrive in March. March came and I received a call to tell me the shipment had arrived but they had neglected to order my table! Gavin precoded to tell me that he had had found this out the previous Friday already but only called me the next week. I was told I could choose another table, none was to my liking as I had spent months searching for the table I had ordered. I was given a week to decide. Gavin proceed to ask my age which is highly inappropriate & had nothing to do with the situation. I asked for my money back, to which was told that they only issue cheques with an extremly bad attitued & he could deposit the cheque for me & asked for my banking details! I said no obviously & when I went to pick up my cheque there was none, Gavin was on holiday & they had no record of it & the number they gave me to complain continues to be busy
