I wish to bring the service levels of N1 City Hi-fi Corporation under your attention.
I visited the N1 city mall Hi-fi 2013/09/12 and there was only one cashier on duty @ 18:00 and not that the queue was very long but the customers that was busy at the till took a really really long time. Not sure what the issue was but it held up the queue. I asked for them to open another till because waiting for such a long time is unacceptable. They said that they were unable to do so because that was the only cashier on duty. It just so happens that it is not the first time that there is only one cashier assisting at this very same store. I'm sure if they have surveillance they can replay the tape.
I really think they should look into their customer service.
