Whirlpool dishwasher didn't wash dishes properly. Completed cycle, but when we unload it, the dishes still full of soap and dirty.
Tehcnician came out in May and convinced us to buy a new pump of about R1, 500.00 Shortly thereafter we had the same problem.
I've logged call out at Call Centre on: 6 June, 10 June, 13 June, 19 June, 20 June. They keep the same Reference Number and Call Centre very apologetic and helpful, however technician don't pitch. I often hold on for 15 minutes whilst these ladies try to get hold of the technician in Benoni.
