My husband ordered a set of cast iron pots for me for a christmas present in December 2012. Homechoice delivered to the wrong address in January and despite every effort from our side, we have still not received delivery, they do not even return our calls or acknowledge receipt of a letter that a forwarded to the Company Secretary. I will never order anything from them again. Are they going to pay me interest on the money already paid to them in Decemeber? What to do, should I now approach the small claims court?
