I received a reply from Whirlpool, and I do not know how to reply to their reply. Hence this complaint, Whirlpool stipulate that my guarantee expired on the 30th July 2013, well then I should have a new DISHWASHER because Whirlpool took my machine in for repair on the 23 June 2013!
Whirlpool have now had my Dishwasher for 4 Weeks, the reply from them last week assured me that I would have the repaired machine this week, well surprise surprise it is now Thursday evening and still no dishwasher,
I will now go out of my way to encourage friends & family and anyone I can NEVER EVER TO SUPPORT WHIRLPOOL by buying any of their products. the service and attitude is absolutely disgusting.
