I bought a Whirlpool washing machine from Home Hyper in Pretoria a year or so back from Moses. In January of this year, the machine just went quiet and stopped working. I called the store and they referred me to Whirlpool's repair side. The Technician (Elliot) came only 2 weeks after I reported the machine faulty. He came, examined it, told us the machine needs a new motherboard. 3 weeks passed and we heard no word from neither Home Hyper or Whirlpool. I called the store, which referred me back to Whirlpool and eventually spoke to a lady called Melissa. She said she would tell the Technician to contact me but never did. It has now been 2 weeks since then and I haven't heard a single thing from the store! I am utterly disgusted by their after sales service and extremely appalled at how they treat their customers!!! I'm at the point where I want to load the machine and take it back to them and get my money back!!!
