This is actually very disgusting
Monday 1/4/2013 I was waiting in front of Clicks Paddocks in Milnerton to open, as it was a public holiday and stated that the stores trading hours is 9-3/6 PM on Public holidays
After waiting for more than 40 min at the closed store, there was staff sitting in front of the door waiting for their Store manager to be late, I myself was one of the customers that waited for it to open, but no luck.
I had your staff sitting and complaining at customers about the Store Manager being late and they mentioned that she has been late more than once in the week???
As a Clicks customer I am very very disappointed in how this branch operates and how the staff had to do damage control from the customers asking them questions etc.
I have spent a lot of money at your other branches before to support your business and keep your door open, but it seems that those principles of customer relationship and service is not viable anymore.
