On Wednesday, 10 April we arrived at Clicks Town Square just before 9am We patiently waited for the clock to tick over to 9 o'clock and for the store to be opened. However, by 5 past 9, the doors were still locked. We started knocking on the door and pointing to our watches. Eventually when the staff inside started acknowledging our prescence, the door was opened by Thuso. He was extremely rude and intimidating. I asked to speak to the manager, but my request was simply ignored. Why have store hours indicated on the windows, if you aren't going to stick to them? Why have staff that do not adhere to opening hours? Why inconvenience paying customers by having us wait outside in the cold? Thuso has a lot to learn about customer service. His attitude and verbal abuse was schocking! This is definitely a store that I will avoid from now on!
