On Sunday the 31st August we were waiting outside Clicks with all Clicks staff members "also waiting"
for the gentelman responsible of opening the shop. He only arrive at Click at 09:15 and then all the staff were making jokes with him for being late and standing at the robot etc. I said to them this is totally unacepptable. They ignored us and they walked in and close the door because obviously now they still have to set the alarm, open the tills etc. Some of them were still standing outside for the alarm to be activated. One of the staff then shouted at me to "Oh man Suga". I find it very unprofessional and shocking. When my daugther then asked her who she is talking to they walkied in closed the door. Unfortunately we didn't see a name badge.
