I bought USN tablets from Clicks Pavilion on Saturday, arriving home I noticed there was 3 tablets short in the box.
I returned the tablets to Clicks City View, Durban on Sunday morning arriving at the store 9:05am, the doors were still closed with the trading hours on the door clearly indicating the store opens 9:00am on Sundays.
The security guard was standing at the front door and avaoided eye contact with us.
I contacted the 0860 CLICKS number as indicated on the front door only to be told by a automated answering machine the Clicks Customer Service does not work on Sundays (Excellent service you provide to customers).
Eventually the doors opened at 9:20, no apology and no staff members available in store to assist.
Waited 5 more minutes for 3 staff members to come strolling down the aisle.
Explained the situation to a lady named Promise, she took the tablets and dissappeared without saying a word.
She returned 10 minutes later and said "take another one from the shelf", no paperwork, nothing.
It was the most disgusting service I have ever encountered.
