I spend a lot of money at Clicks and ususally at Lonehill as its one of the bigger branches. I wanted to go to the store this morning and i saw clicks staff waiting to be let in. I asked what time the store opened and they said 9am. I had 10mins to kill so wandered around and was back at 9am
Noone came to the door to open up so i knocked and the staff told me they couldnt open as the pharmacist wasnt there yet. So in other words if the pharmacist is late the store doesnt open. I said i wasnt buying anything but wanted to look at some products and they said i cant come in and the door was locked again.
Was not particularly happy as had wasted petrol and time
