Good day, I went to your branch yesterday and when I got to the cashier she did not greet took my staff and scanned them, then she told me her till does not take carxs, I should use the other till, I asked her why did she not put a singed she said is not there I should go to the other till. I asked to speak to the supervisor who came after 10 minutes and I told her what had happened and she said she is sorryr gfo rtha, but what upset me the most is that the Cashiuer Deneo she did not apologise for her attitude and she was fine raising her voice at me. IU told them I will right to hellopeter for service Deneo said is my right to do as I please. This is not the first time I had a problenm with this store and their cashiers don't have name tacks they refused to give their names had to get then from other cashies. I'm appaulled by this adn the fact that the regional Manager Mr Mahlanu has apologised before I feel this is a nornm for them.
