I went to Diepkloof square yesterday 27 Mar 13 with my cousin, she bought buy carrots, tomatoes, onions, potatoes, and I bought grapefruits and pears.
When we got to the cashier everything she scanned everything but the tomatoes came to 14.99 we told her that on the floor it was 12.99 she then told us she has to call a supervisor who came after 10minutes because they don't have a bell to rig if there is dispute by the cashiers. When she came she did not greet us she asked the lady what is wrong and she said she is coming, waited another 10mintes then she correct the error. When the cashier scanned the grapefruits it said 3.99 each but on the floor it showed 3 for 10 then i asked the lady that helped me who is the manager she said Logan, I asked her if he is here she said no. We waited again for 10mintues before Maki can come and rectify this, she went to the floor another 10 minutes when she came back I asked her is she the only supervisor she said yes, I asked her is this how they treat their customers and she said sorry.
That is unacceptable in my eyes that you have a supervisor that does not have customer service skills and a manager that is not around and 1 su
