New leather chair sent back 3 times, still damaged

I ordered an expensive leather highback chair with matching leather couch in 2012 (R20 045). Items were delivered during Oct/Nov 2012. The highback chair has wooden legs - after the delivery guys left did I notice small dents in the legs, and some staples sticking out. As promised by Elize they collected the chair in Jan 2013 to repair. It came back in the exact same condition! I sent it back twice after that, not fixed!! She kept on promising it will be fixed - no satisfaction. No-one calls back when I enquired. I sent a complaint to Michael, the store manager. He arranged with Darian at head office to handle the case - Darian only called once, never again, even after he promised to call the next day to inform me of the status. I phoned AGAIN on 17/04/2013 to complain - Michael sounds irritated with me, making excuses that people is overloaded with work, reason for not calling back. For the price I paid, the item must be in perfect condition and after sales service should be excellent. I Still have not received feedback or the chair - now desperate.
