I BOUGHT BEDROOM SUIT FOR 6000 IN JANUARY 2013, WHEN THIS WAS DELIVERED WE DISCOVERED THAT IT COMES WITHOUT BASE AND THIS WAS NOT EXPLAINED TO ME ON MY PURCHASE... BEFORE SEVEN DAYS I WENT BACK TO THE BRANCH TO SEE IF I COULD EXCHANGE FOR TWO BASE SETS, GOOD ENOUGH I EXCHANGED AND THE BASE SETS WERE NEVER DELIVERED TO MY HOME, I WENT BACK TO THE BRANCH AND DISCOVERED THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE STOCK AND THIS WAS NEVER COMMUNICATED TO ME UNTIL I WENT IN AND QUESTION THEM AND THE UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER TOLD ME THAT THEY WONT BE ABLE TO REFUND ME IMMEDIATELY BUT THEY CAN DO IT IN 72 HRS AND THIS WAS IN FEB 27 2013... I WAITED FOR 72HRS AND THERE WAS NO REFUND IN MY BANK ACC, I WENT BACK AND SHE SAID SHE WILL CALL ME BEFORE END OF BUSINESS THAT DAY AND SHE DIDN'T . TWO DAYS LATER I CALLED HER AND SHE TRANSFERRED MY CALL TILL I RAN OUT OF AIRTIME . I DECIDED TO ESCALATE THE MATTER TO THEIR HEAD OFFICE... THEY PROMISED TO CALL ME BACK (THIS WAS BEGINNING MARCH) TILL THIS DAY I'M STILL SITTING WITH STOCK THAT I WAS NOT WILLING TO HAVE AND SAD THING IS WHEN I DID THE EXCHANGE I PAID MORE MONEY.
