SHOCKING SERVICE

I went into Furniture City Fourways 26 January 2013 to buy two headboards with two sets of pedestals and a mattress and base set, my cash purchase was made 26 January 2013. I had requested that the good be delivered 22 February 2013 as that was when i had moved into my new home. I phoned on the 22 Feb, and they had no idea that the goods were meant to be delivered.
I had to wait longer as they had no stock and had to wait for them to get stock from the warehouse, once they eventually delivered the one headboard was cracked and i had to wait an extra week for the stock to come in on the mattress and base. I had only received the replacement headboard on Saturday 9 March 2013. To which they had delivered the wrong headboard!!! I have been informed that i need to pay in the difference of around R 1000 if i want to keep the new headboard, so now i have two of the same headboards, i can actually not deal with the bad service from management and staff and request he send the invoice on Saturday for me to pay the difference of the new headboard, i phone yesterday and today as i have still not received the invoice.
I would not recommend this store to anyone due to the lack of service!!!
