Ought a large appliance cash on the 07/02/2013 and sales person promised to be delivered in 2 to 4 days time. waited for the good until 6 weeks past. no 1 is calling at the store to tell me whats happening, i had to call them from time to time. i went to the store on Saturday, to ask for my refund as they cant deliver. the manager with an attitude refused to do so says he rather give me a display model of which i refused. now hes telling me is against company policy to give refund... no how can i accept that. i had to wait for more than 6 weeks for stock to be delivered and still no promise and now they refused to give my money back? i wont rest till this matter is resolved its my money that i want back i wont even have to beg for it... AND ONCE SETTLED NEVER SEE ME BUYING ANY GOOD AT RUSSELLS CAUSE THEY CANT DELIVER...
