I Phumzile Duba bought a lounge suit at Russells Benoni in December after they delivered them i realise that they were faulties on them. I called the Branch Manager in Benoni. He promised to call me back and he didn't, I was calling him twice or three times a week or go personally to the Branch he will promise to call me back but no feedback i got from him. I decided to call Russells Head office on the 01/02/2013 and spoke to Tumi who promised to sort it out and she did call me back for the feedback, She actually gave me the service that i deserve as the customer since i was a Russells customer from way back. On the 08/02/2013 Nelson called me to confirm that they will come and exchange the couches for me which he did came and his delivery team, I just want to say THANK YOU TO TUMI, NELSON AND HIS DELIVERY TEAM.
