Unable to satisfy Clients

Purchased a heritage pillow Top cm queen base & matress set extra lebght with brown suede base.
On collection of the bed we open the base and the colour was incorrect & also the base was damaged & dent, and i was told to take it as Rochester promised to swap the base, when i look the bed home and open the matress the cotton from the pillow top was all opening, advised the branch manager the next morning he said that a new bed would be ordered however this look them a time to change and eventually they delivered the bed 3 week ago & on delivery the bed was still wrong. and i sent it back. they promised to deliver the bed on the 06/03/2013 after 5 as the warehouse contacted me & advise and i agreed .few hours later get a call from the manager saying that the bed can only be delivered on the 15/03/2013 .today the bed needs to be delivered and i sent emails to the branch in this week wanting confirmation on the deliver and still no one has contacted me so i decide to call the branch and spoke to the manager he now tell me that the said that the bed will only come to them today, which is not true. so i need sum 1 to sort this out all my time and money is being wasted.
