I ordered generic ink and toner cartridges, paid in advance including delivery.
On installation, I found one toner unusable, which I reported to Thabang. He promised to get hold of the Warehouse and have the toner replaced. After a few days, I phoned back on the cell (land line not answered) and I was advised, that he would go to the warehouse and collect a new toner, which he would deliver to me in exchange for the faulty one on Friday 6/9/2013.
On 17/9/2013, I phoned again and he advised that the warehouse is giving him problems. He asked me to travel to Boksburg for the exchange.
I pointed out, that I chose his company because of delivery - I even paid for it.
I requested a refund instead of exchange.
To date, 25/9/2013 the issue remains unsolved.
