I bought a HP Printer M1217NFW on 19/01/2013. I received 2 free cartridges with my purchase as the printer was on a special promotion.
From the date of purchase untill today 15/05/2013 both cartridges are finished and I haven't even printed 500 pages in total and HP guarantees a 800- 1000 pages per cartridge. The settings are on Economode and on the lightest setting when copying. This is unacceptable! To pay R1000 every 2 months for cartridges is too expensive, the 2 cartridges was supposed to be a special with the printer, in this case, it is definately not. I have only used HP all the years and I'm very disappointed. I would really like assistance with this matter as soon as possible!
