Solicited by phone to purchase printer cartridges then contacted and informed that we should have received a free promotion of a second set of cartridges and after signing a delivery note for the supposed promotion cartridges. Then being invoiced for the so called free promotion. after refusing to pay and offering cartridges back unopened . they now threatening to take out a judgment against me personally. Can they legally do this
