A few months ago I purchased a Xerox Laser Printer/Scanner/Copier /Fax machine, but it soon ran out of toner as the toner cartridge is exceptionally small. I visited the store to purchase a new Toner cartridge & was advised that they don't stock the cartridges & don't know who does, but I should try the local cartridge/ Ink shop which I did. They never heard of the printer or cartridge & since then I have tried a few other ink / toner shops, non of which stock the Toner that I need.
HiFi Corp have sold me a dud product that I now cannot use
