I contacted Brother in Midrand to have my printer serviced. I was informed that I could pay for a technician to come out as my printer was out of warranty. I was asked to send an email inquiry to book the service. I was then contacted to be told that a technician could not service the printer due to Brother policy and I would need to deliver it to the service department. I was frustrated and did not respond. I was then contacted today. I expressed my irritation and the gentlemen was satisfied with me refusing to accept such poor after sales service. I will not recommend Brother in the future due to the poor after sales service I have received.
