Went to @Home Retail Crossing, Strubens Valley to buy a bedroom side table. Found the item I was looking for which was on the floor with the price displayed. Asked assistant if I could buy it immediately and she said she would check if there were any in stock as we are not allowed to buy off the floor. Was then told that none in stock and I could go to Sandton City to buy one. I live on the West Rand and not in the North and why should I have to travel to Sandton. Petrol is not cheap. Basically there was not interest in finding out if they could get me one and that was that. Please do not display items with price that are not in store.
