I bought a Samsung 51" plasma TV in September 2012 and at the same time bought the extended warranty to take the warranty from 3 years to 5 years. At the time the sales person told me that why I should take the extended warranty.
-if TV cant be fixed it will be replaced
-if that model is not available, i will receive the next model UP from mine
-if anything goes wrong with the TV they will come to my house and the problem.
Well if February i saw the TV started burning in images to the screen and those were images that weren't even stationary or on the screen for a long time. This just started getting worse and worse.
So i phoned them to come and look at the TV which they never did (1st thing they promised) and eventually i took the TV to them. I was told its going to take 14 working days. its been two weeks now and to my surprise when i phoned to find put what is happening, the women on the phone said "sorry sir we cant find your TV on the system"... When i took the TV in i was told they no longer stock that TV, which in turn means i get the next one up, only to be told, no sorry we don't have that one either... WHAT THE!! I just want a tv that WORKS!!!
