Bought a TV last year Oct with extended warranty. Remote now not working, works on and off. On their adds they advertise "Just phone identify problem, sit back and relax" or something of the sort. TV was over R10, 000.00.Now they are saying. When taking out extended warranty, sales person said that it was a replacement guarantee and not a repair guarantee.
