Yesterday i took my Sansui lifepad in to Hi-Fi Corporation in, the screen is cracked. I took out a extended warranty out when i bought it, for 2 years. The clerk told me i must first pay a R350 in, so they can sent it for repairs. The extended warranty does not include that the screen can be fixed, me and my wife is in confusion, why we took it out? Now we wonder where we can take the Lifepad, for repair's, we bought it for our oldest child, on her birthday.
