Not honouring extended warranty waiting 4 months

We have been waiting more than 4 months for a response as to what is going on with my tv. everytime i call them the store manager he is either on lunch, in a meeting or on leave. no body else in the store has authority to help us. we are very dissapointed with the service we have recieved and will not recomend anyone to this group again. please assist or we are going to take this furthe
