I purchased a lounge suite in December 2012. The lounge suite was defective so I complained to Vinay, who told me other customers also complained and they were recalling all these lounge suites. I had paid cash so I asked for a refund which he did not want to give so he recommended I purchase a leather suite where I had to pay an additional R2000, 00. This suite has creases on the top and on the hand rest. I told Vinay and after a couple weeks he and his manager came to my house to have a look at the suite. it has been 6 weeks since I heard from him. He told my mum he would call and speak to me and that hasn't materialised. I would like a full refund of my purchase as I am not satisfied and according to CPA I am entitled to a full refund if I am unhappy with my purchase.
