We printed 4 t-shirts at Sign Rite. When we got them back the print was done terribly, there was a lot of folds in the print of every shirt. The owner said we should send photo's and she will refund us the money. We decided it would be best to go there and show her as the photo's did not do it justice. The owner wasn't there when the shirts were taken and the lady who did the print took them immediately and redid it. Not all the original shirts were present for the reprint. When I went to collect the shirts and the money the owner said there is nothing wrong with the shirts now. I then explained the situation again and that not all the shirt were present (the other shirts still look terrible). She said we should bring the other shirts (it was already 16:30) I explained it would not be possible since we are leaving the next morning. We never got refunded, our complaints were not really listened to and the other shirt still has they awful print job on it.
