Service so bad I got my lawyers involved

We had received a call from Homemark telesales and the operator told us that we qualify for a discount on a tablet which had dual camera, HDMI output and was 7" in size, I checked the website and told her that it is not like that on the website so she said it was an upgraded one and with the discount it came to R1800 and if we don't like it we can return it within 7 days for a moneyback guarentee, so I receive it and it is not what was explained to me, so I leave numerous messages and speak to tons of ppl who tell me I can't get my money back and they will rather exchange it for something else, so I got my lawyers to handle them and will contact the ombudsman soon to resolve the issue as they also threatened to debit more money from my account for more stuff that I don't want and EXPLICITLY said that I was not interested in, please take us off your database so that we can carry on with our lives HOMEMARK free.
