They printed 3 custom designed t-shirts, after the printing was done, (graphic designer of Gecko) told me to wash the shirts before use. After washing them, the ink came off, and the flex printing came loose from the fabric. I returned the shirts to them. A week past with no word from them. I contacted Cindy to hear if they managed to fix the problem. She told me that that she spoke to her manager and that its the best quality of printing, she told me to phone the owner if I'm not happy, and gave me his number, after swearing at me, and telling me I must go elsewhere to do my printing. I phoned the owner after that happened. He gave the issue to the store manager to resolve. Days passed, no word from them. To date, I left 5 messages at the reception, no reply. Eventually the manager phoned me to ask me to buy a new t-shirt, i did it the same day, when I got there, the people at reception did not give me notice, one playing games on his phone. I asked them to give the shirt to the manager. A week later the manager told me to collect my shirts, he said its fixed and ready, when i got there, the work was not done, i just took my damaged shirts and left... WORST SERVICE EVER!
